How to Prepare for your Sound Bath.

Apparel: wear loose comfortable clothing.

What to bring: Bring your own yoga mat, cushion, or blanket if preferred, some like to bring crystals to enhance the experience.

Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and embrace a positive state of mind, you may think of an intention for the session. Be prepared to focus on your breath and fully be in touch with your body during the session.

Phones: Silence your phones and disconnect during this session so you can immerse yourself fully during the meditative experience.

Post-Session: If you’d like you may share your personal experience throughout the session. I always suggest to write down anything that came to mind afterwards and give yourself what your body craves- that could be a smoothie, a walk in nature, or even a nap.
